JOB SCOPE
· Manage walk in enquiries over the counter as well as phone calls.
· Manage posting of outgoing mail
· Maintain records and documentation.
· Assist in basic data entry (training provided)
· Assist in general clerical duties;
· Any other duties as assigned by the School.
SCHOOL’S REQUIREMENTS
· ‘O’ level holder.
· Possesses basic knowledge of Excel and Word
· Able to manage school’s generic email account
· Able to speak in Mandarin
· Has good command of spoken and written English
· Has good communication and interpersonal skills
· Pleasant and cheerful disposition
· Has willingness to learn and possesses initiative
BENEFITS
· 42 hour work week from Mondays - Fridays
· Annual leave (7 days) subject to increase with every year of service.
