The incumbent will provide general administrative and financial support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
Job Scope :
· Managing and providing support to the School Principal, Vice Principals and Administration Managers in areas of Financial Management, Personnel Management, and General Administration.
· Overseeing and ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the school.
· Assist in review existing processes and work flows
· Supervising support staff
Requirements
· A good diploma holder, preferably with min 2 years of relevant working experience
· Good communication & writing skills in English. Preferably working knowledge in Chinese
· Meticulous and resourceful with the ability to work independently and in teams
· Proficient in IT and office productivity tools and applications
