Restaurant Manager at Central Area (6 day work week!)

Job Title
Restaurant Manager (F&B)

• Prepare daily sales reports, including staff control, food control and sales
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety requirements
• Managing of restaurant both service and kitchen crew to achieve company goals
• Planning of staff weekly shift schedule
• Creating and executing plans for outlet sales and profit
• Manage and ensure smooth daily operation of restaurant


Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Hospitality/ F&B Management or equivalent
• Strong Leadership, Excellent Management Skills and Team Player
• Knowledge of controlling Food and Beverage Cost and Labour Cost
• Computer literate (Excel Skill is a must)
• Preferably 5 years of experience in F&B
• Able to work on shift, weekends & public holidays


- Salary: Negotiable
- 6 days work week
- Location: Central
