Event Helpers for Singapore Youth Festival (SYF)!

I am looking for responsible and reliable personnels
to be a part of the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF)
from 30th March to 8th May 2009 (weekdays only 8am - 6pm)
and there are certain roles that I am looking for:-

No.	Description	Duties
1	Supervisors	Officers in-charge of supervising all workers and operations at the venue. These officers will report directly to the MOE officers in charge of the events.
2	Registration Officers	Register and record arrival time of participating schools.
3	Discipline Officers	Manage smooth movement of participants to different waiting areas while they prepare to go onstage.
4	Door Managers	Manage and control admission of audience to auditorium.
5	Stage Managers	Assist venue stage crew to set up the stage and manage the flow of participants on and off stage to ensure smooth transition between items.
6	Hall Managers	Manage flow of participants, teachers and members of public who enter the hall to watch proceedings and maintain hall discipline.
7	CD Managers	Manage playing and transfer of CDs during performances that require recorded music accompaniment.
8	Assistants to Adjudicators’ Steward / Time keepers	Assist the adjudicators’ steward to help set up adjudicators’ work areas. Also to double up as Time Keepers to record performance time of items and do a head count of participants onstage.

There are 5 different venues that are holding the SYF performances (some days, events may run concurrently at up to 4 different venues):

1) Singapore Conference Hall.
2) Victoria Concert Hall.
3) University Cultural Centre Hall.
4) The Republic Cultural Centre.
5) Anglo-Chinese Junior College – Centre for Performing Arts.

However, please note that you are unable to choose which venue to your preference; you will be assigned to a venue, or more than 1 venue during the span of SYF. This is just FYI.

Salary will be about $6 - $15 per hour depending on the role you will be assigned to. Once you've been assigned a role, there will be no further negotiation. You will be given a shirt to wear for your event duties.
