The job
You will be assisting Senior Manager in administrative tasks and business reporting, keeping track of the appointment schedule and operation matters.
Requirements:
- 5 ‘O’ Levels / ‘A’ Levels / Diploma
- Prior experience in finance or insurance industry is advantageous
- Meticulous and accurate, ability in attending to details
- Competency in Excel, Words and Power Point
- Proactive and taking initiative in improving administrative system
- Having a “can-do” attitude and self motivated
- Ability to schedule work effectively and meeting tasks date line
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Consistently maintain high quality of work
- Adaptable and flexible to ever changing business needs
