Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver beverage orders
- Prepare drinks according to specificitions
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar area and equipments
- Up sell beverage and food
- Collect payments over the counter
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of the team in all different areas related to bar
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in F&B or similar role
- Received training in Bar / Spirit & Wine Service
- Customer service oriented, positive work attitude and team player
- Good communication and public relations skills
- Fluent in English Language and possesses good interpersonal skill
- Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays
