Job Description

* Provide superior customer service to clients on inbound phone calls
* Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
* Outbound calling will be necessary to verify new users
* Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using proprietary company software

Job Requirement

* Strictly Degree Holders ONLY
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Strong telephone etiquette
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to be a team player
* Fluency in English and Cantonese
* Experience in a call centre environment preferred
* Able to work on weekends and holidays
* Only Singaporeans and PRs can apply
* Able to start IMMEDIATELY
