Responsibilities:
- Be part of the regional HR team in the leading and implementation of global talent management in Asia Pacific region
- As the administrator of talent profiles to ensure information validity and quality
- Support in driving successful integrated talent management strategies including talent identification, career development of critical talent, ensuring that development plans are timely in place and achieved
- Collaborate with HR partners in the region on best talent management practices
- As part of the team, you may be involved, when required, on areas relating to staff engagement and development as well as Regional HR activities such as Regional conferences, Employee Opinion Survey, Functional Skills Assessment
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management with 1-2 years working experience as a HR Generalist
- Resourceful self-starter who possess strong interpersonal, influencing skills with a positive attitude, and a team player
- Good communication skills – verbal and written (some standup presentation may be required)
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications such as data and chart creation & analysis, preparing management & meeting presentation materials
