Logline:

"The Irony" portrays the inner struggle felt in a young boy, when he realized he had never treasured anything in life until the day he was told to have cancer.

This will be a 30minutes short film (with a twist in the end) done as a student’s portfolio.

Actors and Actress Needed for Short Film starting on 16th January (Drama and Crime)

We are looking for a couple of actors who are willing to act for a Short film that will commence on the 16th and the 17th January 2009. In addition, this project will be send to several short film festivals in 2009 upon completion.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Film, I'm home, is a student project by a group of budding young filmmakers from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. The project is mainly about a young man and his inner conflict with himself, as he tries to turn over a new leaf. This project also touches on realism and the daily struggles of an ex-convict. This powerful film falls in the genre of drama and crime.

Actors Needed:

1) A female actress

> Age 20-30 years old
> She plays the role of the girlfriend of the main protagonist
> Race: Chinese or Eurasian
> Proficient in the English language
> Willing to to commit on the 16th to the 17th January for shooting
