Accounts Executive or Assistant for $1700 - $2200 (West)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare full set of accounts including overseas AP, AR & GL function, journal entries, accounting schedules & monthly bank reconciliation
* Prepare monthly budgets & forecasts to submit Headquarter in Japan
* Prepare monthly payroll & CPF
* Prepare tax form for foreigners & local staffs
* Liase with bankers, Auditor & Secretarial
* Other admin duties to be assigned

Requirements:

* LCCI/CAT graduate with 2/3 years of relevant experience
* Meticulous, strong mathematical and analytical skill
* Ability to work under minimum supervision, pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience with APPAC Window is an added advantage
* Salary range $1700-$2200
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residence

* Working Hours : 5 days work 9.30am to 6.30pm
