Good analytical, interpersonal skills & supervisory experience

Job Description
. As an Assistant Human Resource Executive, the responsibilities include:
· Providing administrative support in the recruitment and appointment processes e.g. advertising, shortlisting of applications and arranging for interviews
· Responding to enquiries from applicants
· Preparing and verifying documents, maintaining and updating of data records, compilation of statistics and reports
· Drafting of simple correspondences
· Liaising with various parties on recruitment and appointment matters
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
· Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- GCE ‘N’ Level 3 or more passes including P3 or better in English and Mathematics / Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
- GCE ‘O’ Level 3 or more passes including English or Mathematics/Career Readiness Certificate (Operations);
- Full GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate; or
- Certificate in Office Skills / Nitec in Office Skills or Higher Nitec
· Possess effective communication skills and good inter-personal skills
· Able to work well with people and proficient in IT applications
· Resourceful and able to work independently in a high paced environment

Period of Contract
1-year (1 Jan 09 to 31 Dec 09)

Remuneration
$7/hour (8.5 hours per day)

Working Hours
Mon-Fri (8.30 am to 6.00 pm including 1hr lunch break)
