Responsibilities:
- Provide Secretarial and administrative support
- Make travel arrangements
- Daily appointment scheduling
- Arrange and plan for meetings
- Facilitate expenses claims
- Filing and typing of documents
- Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with internal and external parties
Requirements:
- Private Secretary's Diploma, Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years of administrative or secretarial work experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in serving senior management is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- 5 working days from 8.30am-5.30pm
- Salary $2500-$3500
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
