Interior Concept Illustrator Needed!

Interior concept illustration needed for the artwork below.

I already have a rough 3d model in google sketch up but i would like a 2d concept drawing something like these.

the design will be based 3d model and floorplan i already have.

I also have a 3d model of a building which i need a 2d version illustrated. I will show u the model if we can meet up.

I am looking for something like this.
