Assistant Accountant at Lok Yang Road, West for $2500 - $3500

Assistant Accountant (Location: West)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle the payments and receipts, coding and posting of vouchers, invoices, journals etc.
• Ensure proper & timely month end closing
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial management reports
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Maintain petty cash books
• Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly forecast
• Assist in preparation of budget and periodic reports
• Prepare monthly schedules for all balance sheet accounts
• Perform monthly & annual physical stock count
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, corporate secretary and all other associated partners
• Coordinate and liaise with respective departments on accounting matters
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to accounting and reporting standards
• Handle company insurance including fire, machinery and equipment
• Participate in industrial and government surveys
• Ad-Hoc duties


Job Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in partial or full set of accounts
• Exposure in a manufacturing environment would be an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or at a short notice


Others:
• Salary: S$ 2500- S$3500
• 5 Days week ~ 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Candidate has to prepare own transportation
• Working location: Sixth Lok Yang Road, West
