Female F&B Operations Executive
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Assist to oversee the operations of a modern western fusion restaurant and pub.
2) Supervise and train all restaurant service staff. Promote good teamwork amongst all staff. Assist in preparing staff duty roster and maintaining staff attendance records.
3) Responsible for overall floor operations and maintaining high service standards.
4) Attend to customers. Monitor and promote good customer relations, gather customer feedback, and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
5) Work with marketing team in monitoring promotion progress and in developing new promotion ideas.
6) Oversee daily closing and cash handling procedures including petty cash. Assist in submission of sales and expense/purchase documents to accounts office.
Requirements:
1) Minimum 1 year past experience as Supervisor or equivalent.
2) Degree in Hospitality or F&B is a plus.
3) Basic PC skills (Outlook E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4) Good English language skills required
5) Good professional conduct and service-oriented personality.
6) Open to Singaporean, Singapore PR and foreign candidates.
7) Salary $1800
