Event Executive @ Central (Maritime Industry)

Your main responsibilities will be planning and organizing in-house social and recreational events for members. You should be able to handle full spectrum of event operations which includes but not limited to, budgeting and approval of expenses, communication with members for participation and feedbacks, publicity dissemination (invitation, emails etc), forming organizing committee and task force, work with event vendors on details, programs and entertainments, ensure smooth execution of events. You would be required to assist in planning members’ welfare and benefits.

Requirements
-Possesses Diploma in Business admin or Mass communications.
-2 years working experience in event managements & marketing experiences
-Excellent communications and interpersonal skills on all level of interactions
-Possesses strong project management and operation skills
-Meticulous, able to adhere to deadlines
-Must be independent yet able to work as a team when required
-Able to multitask and coordinate concurrent projects
-Must be willing to work beyond office hours and weekends during events period
