Customer Service Assistant (1-yr contract)
The Job:
* Answering telephone queries on customers' accounts
* Contacting customers on account related matters
* Attending to customers' feedback/requests and follow-up if necessary
* Updating contact details
* Providing general admin support as and when necessary
Requirements:
* Polytechnic Diploma, preferably with some work experience in credit control or customer service
* Effectively bilingual
* Good customer service and interpersonal skills with a pleasant voice
* Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Ability to work from 12.00 pm - 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
